When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3 – 4 business days to Main Centres, 4 – 7 business days for Regional Areas and up to 10 business days for Remote Areas.
Should there be any delays due to inclement weather or any acts outside of the control of Webcafe (Pty) Ltd, the order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Customers will be notified in such instances.
Who does your deliveries?
Webcafe (Pty) Ltd will perform deliveries through a third-party service provider. You may be required to provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered.
What is the delivery fee?
Orders are subject to a minimum delivery fee of R120. All orders over the value of R3000 (three thousand Rand) will be delivered to you free of charge.
Can I return my order?
You can return a product to Webcafe (Pty) Ltd, provided it is unopened, undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached, within 7 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the product. After 7 days, you can only return a product if it is defective. See our Refund Policy for more detailed information.
